Wholesale Use

This website is built for wholesale buyers, resellers, teams, and repeat customers. Product information, pricing, availability, and shipping estimates may change as stock and logistics routes change.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after payment is received and order details are accepted. For large or customized orders, we may contact you to confirm product availability, sizing, customization, and shipping details before processing.

Pricing

Prices may vary by product type, quantity, currency, promotion, payment method, and shipping destination. If an obvious pricing or system error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before shipment.

Cancellation

Orders can usually be changed or cancelled before processing starts. Once products are prepared, packed, customized, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Customized items cannot usually be cancelled after production begins.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspection, public holidays, weather, local delivery workload, remote areas, address issues, and destination restrictions may cause delays.

Customer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping address, phone number, email, size, quantity, customization details, and local import requirements. Extra cost caused by incorrect buyer information may be charged to the buyer.

Limitation Of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the order amount paid for the affected goods, unless required otherwise by applicable law. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost resale profit, missed events, or customer complaints from your downstream customers.
